Each evening you tap two faces and write or say a few words. In return: your week read back every Sunday, proof from your own past on hard days, and a look back over months and years. Private, with the AI only if you allow it.
Twelve parts, each there to make the two minutes easier or to give you more back.
Log three or more evenings in a week, and on Sunday morning your week is read back: how work and home really went, how your intentions moved, and a few small things to try.
On some hard evenings, LyFeOS hands back a worry you once carried and what actually happened: proof, in your own words, that the fear wasn't the whole story.
About a month in, your first look back. Then a review each season, and a Year in Review every January: how you've changed, a blind spot, and what steadied you.
Tap the mic and talk; your words appear as you speak. English, Hindi, Marathi and many other languages, each written in its own script.
Three slow rounds of two breaths in through the nose and one long breath out, with a calm sound and, on phones, a gentle vibration. Before you write, or any time.
On Sunday, say what matters at work and at home this week, and LyFeOS shapes it into a short list. Your evenings move them along; there's nothing to tick off.
Every day you've logged, month by month: both faces, your feelings and your words. Tap a feeling to see every day it appeared, or jump months on the Year Grid.
Type a word or a name, or describe a moment, like “the week I doubted myself at work”, and find the days that match. Search reaches back through every day you've written.
A quiet place for the lessons you want to keep: a principle, a mistake you won't repeat. Pin the ones that matter most. It's never searched; you read it on purpose.
LyFeOS locks as soon as it's out of sight, or after 2 minutes without activity. Your PIN, face or fingerprint opens it again.
Your reflections, transcripts, intentions, Vault entries and reports are encrypted before they're stored. The AI reads your entries only if you allow it.
On a computer: R starts speaking tonight's entry, B opens the breath, L locks at once, and ⌘K jumps to any tab. Turn single-key shortcuts off in Settings.
Each evening LyFeOS asks two questions: how was work, and how was the rest of your life? Tap a face for each (Tough Day, Steady or Crushing It for work; Draining, Okay or Fulfilling for home), tap any feelings that were there, and write or say a few words. Keeping the two apart means a hard week at work doesn't hide how home is going, or the other way round.
One tap for how work felt, one for home

Speak instead of typing; your words appear as you talk
Logging after midnight? Until 4 AM it still counts as the same day
Log three or more evenings in a week (Sunday to Saturday), and on Sunday morning your report is waiting in the app, with an email to say so. It shows how work and home really went, how each of your intentions moved, what carried over between work and home, and worries that turned out better than feared. Each pattern comes with the days it showed up; what it means is yours to decide.
“Work felt steady most days. At home, 'drained' came up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, each after a late finish.”

Weeks show the weather; Telescope shows the seasons. Keep logging, and about a month after your first entry your 30-Day Diagnostic arrives. Then a review as each quarter closes, and a Year in Review every January. Each one reads the whole stretch and shows how you've changed, a blind spot, and what steadied you, with the months it saw them in.

The Timeline shows your days month by month: both faces, your feelings and your words. Tap a feeling to see every day it appeared, jump to any month on the Year Grid, or search: by a word or a name, or by describing a moment and finding the days that mean the same.

A long day can still be with you when you sit down to write. The Grounding Breath is three slow rounds: a deep breath in through the nose, a short second sip on top, then a long breath out through the mouth. It follows the pattern known as the physiological sigh, studied by researchers at Stanford.
Three slow rounds, about 40 seconds
A calm sound for each breath and a soft chime at the end
On phones, a gentle vibration keeps the rhythm
Open it from the Morning Compass, beside the log, or the home-screen widget
Tap, say a few words, and get on with your evening. LyFeOS isn't a chatbot: there's nothing to reply to.
A hard week at work can hide how home is going, and the other way round. Two faces and two short notes keep them apart, so Sunday's report can show both.
Your words are encrypted, and the app locks when it's out of sight. The AI reads your entries only if you allow it, and your data is never sold.
Most journals just store. LyFeOS reads your week back and keeps the few things that matter: a pattern, with the days it showed up. What it means is yours to decide.
