Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account on LyFeOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
LyFeOS is a private evening journal. You use it to write or speak a short daily reflection on your work and your personal life, take a guided breath, hold a few gentle intentions for the week, and, if you allow AI, receive private reports on your own entries. The platform is designed for personal, non-clinical use.
Your Data & Absolute Ownership
You own your thoughts and data 100%. LyFeOS claims zero ownership over any reflection, transcript, intention, or wisdom you store. You may export or delete your data at any time.
AI Insights
Weekly reports, Telescope reviews and the other insights LyFeOS shows you are generated by a trusted outside AI service, only if you allow AI (see the Privacy Policy for what is shared and for how long). These insights are analytical observations based on your self-reported inputs — they are not professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or financial advice. LyFeOS is not a substitute for clinical care.
Account Security & Panic Lock
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All human thoughts are encrypted at rest with authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption. For physical privacy in shared or public places, LyFeOS provides an Instant Panic Lock (single keystroke 'L') to purge decrypted state immediately from viewport and memory.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings panel. This action is immediate and irreversible. LyFeOS maintains a zero-retention policy — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LyFeOS for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access other users' data, or to reverse-engineer the platform. One account per person.
Limitation of Liability
LyFeOS is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated insights. In no event shall LyFeOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of LyFeOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
